Link a button to a program. ?

Hi. Is there any way to link a button so when you click on it, it will open a progam? like so i could link it to a .exe and it wont try to download it like it seems to always do?

Im not going to use it for viruses. i am creating a ineractive menu setup that im going to put an a active desktop item that has liks to all of the programs that i use.

The only option you have is "fscommand":

But it forces you to hard-code the path and it won't work in a browser window. This is quite restrictive, but "SaphuA_tmp" is right about the risks!
