Liquid Buttons

Its not made in Flash. Looks like its from After Effects, so its probably a movieclip ( with bitmaps ) that reacts to a buttons actions.
They prevented the zoom feature which is normal when using bitmaps as you would see them pixelate when zooming. They also made ti unimportable without a password.

I presume your are referring to the actual buttons that respond to mouse over and press actions (spinning orange and fluid effect).

So FlashMX is unable to create this effect?
