donkeyhunter, that's quite possibly the best image I've seen from you... and they've all been pretty good so far. This one, I like... continues the previous image theme quite well, imho.

If anything, the gradient going down to the bottom is the only part I might have to dislike... and that's me nitpicking. There's a couple of "bright" lines in there that could have used some dodge/burn to make it a bit more seamless - second house from the bottom on the left has a bright line that seems to come from highlight/selection than from the stock itself.

But seriously. Damn good image dude.

thanks. im generally a a gradient hater, but it seem to have quick results and i wanted to get a post up before someone beat me to it. it wasnt as powerfull without the black up top and white down low. im not neccesarily a big fan of the composition and i dont think a moon would hurt. i definately have plans to take this one further. originally i wanted to include the city, the burbs, the ghetto, and some trailers. maybe next time. thanks again gerbick. and thanks again erk.. its always easier to volley some good design.

have to agree with gerbick, it follows nicely to my theme. but I'd have loved to see some more background stuff in the lower part, behind the "tower". looks somewhat to plain.

pretty happy with how this turned out, which is a change as of what I have been pushing out lately (read: mostly crap). for some reason the quality of the pic suffered alot keeping it around 100k, lots of artifact crapola all over the place. anyways... 1:30am, i should be in bed (work starts in 6.5 hours)
