Hi, i like it ....
the only thing I would change is the size or color or font of the menu items to the left hand. It looks too much like the content to me...Id make a little distinction like...dunno...maybe a different font size or all uppercase for the menu items...

i'd make the text for ur navigation bigger and choose another colour so that it contrasts more with the bg cos its kinda hard to read.

the homepage doesnt look like a homepage but rather 1 of the inner pages, theres too much content.

its crying out for some images, maybe screenshots of selected work...
