Super Pixel Fonts
So does anyone have any idea how to make smooth "super" pixel fonts???
...?
Contact truth in design if you want to know how to make Grey pixel fonts. You have to pay a licence fees.

I think the name "Super Pixel Fonts" can only be used by fontsforflash.com
I kinda learned the technique from the typhophile forums. It worked in flash but not well in photoshop.
See below for one of my experiments.

I dont know about selling them without a licence. But you cannot call them "super pixel fonts" unless you purchase a licence for truthindesign.com
Chris at Tid knows that im attempting to create these fonts but he also knows that i do not sell them.
Ultra pixel fonts are very cool

Super pixel fonts is a trademark of Fonts For Flash. It isn't related to Truth in Design.
You don't need a license from TID to design your own fonts.
but to create a grey scale font like halogen i would need to use the program that truth in design uses, correct?

No, if that's what they told you, that's not right.
Under the influence
what the hell is the difference between a pixel font and a super pixel font?

Super Pixel Fonts are 'smoothed', resulting in a higher quality display. Check out some of our Super Pixel Fonts and try to compare them to the other ones. The 'regular' pixel fonts are more pixilated.
See the difference?

Then why on the tid site does it say that you need a licenese?

That doesn't sound right. Same as you don't need a license to create a font/pixel font, why would you require a license to create a Super Pixel Font?
so FFF, if how do you create a "super pixel font"? Can it be done in fontographer? Does it just require a special technique?

Unfortunately, I can't get into the technical side of things, I hope you can understand
