slept about 14 hours straight. I'm good on sleep for the week at my typical rate.

And there lies the problem, Mr. "Sleep regularly" doesn't mean weekly.

Oh no... you can't take it back... you said Yarr. I have it quoted and a snapshot on my hard drive.
and you don't have database privileges any longer, so you can't make me seem like I'm typing even more gibberish than my norm.
Bah. I sleep regularly...

Is that some trick for falling asleep? How's it work?
I just stay up waaay too late until I pass out. Then I hate myself every morning.

naw, he's talking about sleeping in multiples of three... personally. for me, it's multiples of four... 4 or 8 hours and I'm perfect. 3, 6, 7, or 9 - I'm off the whole day. odd number... 5... that's my magic number... as long as I get some down time in the daytime - enough time to meditate for a while.

There's definitely something to that. I've seen some recent reports that the 8 hour number isn't all that accurate as far as good health is concerned. My timer is fubar. For some reason, when I have to get up, I'm insanely tired and get really depressed at the thought of leaving my bed. On a weekend I'm up earlier than normal without an alarm clock and full of energy. wtf?
