Finding voters is gonna be hard... cuz no one in the game can vote for themselves (and we cant say you cant vote for yourselves or it will be diplomatic warfare!)

Or I could get people on newgrounds to vote. id have to make a flash with all the images, make an interface for scoring, and convert their opinions into numbers and ask them to put it in the movie review, ensuring that no one can vote twice or change (because its un-editable after you post it)

Right. Since we're almost underway, (but still accepting members for a very limited time) lets go over the rules. heres a mock up "round".

In this case, there are 15 players, fighting for 6 nations. assume each player has handed in an image within the allocated timeframe. (48 hours of the post verifying the start of the round). Viewers come to the forum, and number each of the images from best to worst, (1-15). anyone who misses the submission time is automatically given 0... dont let your country down! We add up the scores for each country from every spectator that voted, and divided by the amount of players from each nation. this is repeated for 3 rounds. if a nation is tied with another, one representitive from each nation will make a final image and the better will be victorious.
