flix pro : black frame at start !

i try to encode a mov, it all allright exept only one thing : at the 1rst frame i have a blank ( and black ) frame !? why ? how can i prevent that ?? anyone had the problem before ??

Open View>Options.
Select "Disable audio buffer frame"
