importing wildfx3 banner

I have recently purchased wildfx3 and am very pleased with the results.Problems start when I try to import my work into my webpage
(I use Frontpage to edit)nothing happens, can you help my old and frustrated brain. I bought this to ease the pain of trying to wade through hours of learning Flash etc although I am getting there slowly. Can you please help an old codjer with dying brain cells, in simple terms please cells are going fast!!!
