Installing Power Players

I am aparently dumb. Can anyone give me a literal step-by-step direction on how to install the pack of power players???

Q: How do I install the Flix Pro Power Players?
A: Extract the .swf files and place them in your Wildform/Flix Pro/Players folder. b) Restart Flix. c) The players should appear in the Flix Pro Players window.
