I'm wondering if anyone know what's the best route of importing a small animation from Poser into Flash?
I noticed if I import the sequence bmp/pict files directly into Flash, I'm having trouble maintaining
the quality. I've tried all sorts of settings in the "trace bitmap" function, but I can't seem to get the result
I want. Is there another 3rd party program I can import into like Swift 3D which could make my
    job easier?

    Different feel

You could export 3ds from poser, then import to swift3d, you would end up with vector/rendered animation then, small, and quite nice looking. That said though it is not going to look like the pixel based output you get rendering in poser. Of course tracing thats not working satisfactorily for you and I doubt it will with satisfactory file sizes.

If you are interested in seeing what look swift3d would create you could send me a few frames of 3ds format animation, or just a static model, and I could run it through and send you back the flash file.

Just email it to me gase@visi.com
