    Urgent!!!!!!!

    I really need help. My project is due on Monday.I want to know how to create a ray of light shining. Basically what I am saying is that I make clouds then I want the clouds to open and the light shines on a particular thing. Can you tell me step by step? or Can you give me a .fla? I already check the movies and tutorials on this website but it doesn't have what I want.
