CGI file form help !!!

Hello everyone!
I have a site with a Submit Form and i wanna let people to submit site links so i receive in my mail their requests.
I didn't know how to make the Form but i found in youre Tutorials - the Form tutorial Creating...Matthew bla bla.
I've done it after his tutorial and the Flash file is ready EXCEPT that i need a CGI file i think...to make the Form work.
I don't know where to find that CGI script and what to do with it exactly. I'm not a programmer - i only know that it must be put on the net where is my site located.
Can u please give me some links to a tutorial - i wan't to learn how to set the CGI script so it can work with my Flash submit form!

I've searched the net and find nothing about how to set up the CGI script to communicate with my Flash site...

There are a large number of forms available for download. They come with all the scripts needed for each one. I have tested about 10 of them, and they all worked and they were all fairly easy to understand.
