I hate these people argg they make me so mad.

They stole me and my friends Design I cant beilieve it all he did was changed a little bit of it and argg.

Do you know who this can be reported to?

If you can prove you designed the site then I would say you have a case. Just to clarify, no disrepect, but you did do everything on your site yourselves right? Not modified from any free templates or anything? Just checking.

Kyled, another member on these boards, has had trouble with this website in the past. He's not got a good reputation at all. All I could suggest is emailing him, showing him your site, and making sure he knows you know, and that you're unhappy with it. I personally would also ask why he's done it, but then my site looks like it's been designed by a 4 year old, so I don't care

Unfortunately there will always be people out there who do this sort of thing. hopefully, most will just require contacting and letting them know you've cought them. Otherwise you could do some proper legal stuff, but I have no idea how to even start that.

Sorry to see this happen to you, the site has a very professional look to it.

Couldn't you find out what his host is and complain to the site about the copyright infringement?

You know what I might of found proof its ours.

well the logo for haphaz.com also been my avatar for quite awhile now and the logo been out for along time also for at least 2 years as far as I remember.

So all I need to figure out is the date of the logo being out for and the the date he got the layout on his gay site with stolen crap.

So if there is anyways you moderators can figure out when i put the avatar on the fourms.

Ill still need someone to report it too hmm.

Hey after a ton of searching (and i mean at least an hour and a half) i came across a post made by pooon in the Coffee Lounge months back about FK when it was a baby.. The link he provided was a service that you type in the URL and it takes you wayback, I used the link to find out about how long they've been using the design and heres what ive found... You've been using your current Design since sometime in February Of 2003 where as mofunzone had a steady design that was not yours up until Sometime In December of '04... Looks like thats enough evidence... Oh yea almost forgot the links...

Either way hopefully this will get resolved fast and ez. Only thing I would suggest is for him to give credit to original game author.
