    Who are you? I wasn't looking for a serial number? Where did you get that idea. I can't seem to get it to stop crashing on my win2k box. Any help would be appreciated, don't bother using AIM now, since some people find it funny to make fun of my posts for help.

    Uh-huh.
    I asked the kid if he'd fixed his problem. He said he was looking for a serial number. I asked him if he knew the program was only $40. He said his parents don't want him to spend any money on computer stuff. I told him he was out of luck. End of story.
    I wouldn't help this kid any further.
