cool site, love the colours, i just have a few points to make tho..

do you think you should extend the hit are for the buttons on the main menu to cover the grey circles?

any chance of having the site not pop up in a new window? i dont know why but i just prefer it to open in the same window.

how about adding a frame to the message board, it aint doing it any favours the layout at the min.

As 'toddncl' said the grey circles look like they should be part of the menu. Looks nice though, the navigation could do with being intergrated into the backgound a litle more though for me, looks like it is tacked on.

Good start though, post again when its finished.

And no, it's not quite finished. I think it's going to be in a constant state of update. To be honest, it's my first site in flash. Good thought on the border around the message board, too.

I think the menu will blend in much better once I find a more appropriate background. This one's a sort of placeholder, really, that kinda matches the color scheme.

try not to move your menu around so much. usability.
I can see the home staying but make those bullets hotspots too. good start. more animated buttons would be nice.

Channel367... thaat's the background image. Can you post a screenshot of what you see when you go to the "high bandwidth" site?

That image should be embedded in the flash movie itself, and I see it when I go to the site on other machines.
