Your two buttons on the main page are made up of flash.

So if the user hasn't got flash installed, they can't click on the 'Get Flash' button, which makes it a pointless element to the site.

Also, how bout having your site open up in a popup window?

Your swf file is smaller than a maximised window in high resolutions, so having a popup window the size of your swf file will probably look more prof.

im just not seeing the point of using flash at all for this type of website. there are no flash elements and there is no content that couldnt be created without flash. as far as the look of the site, its decent. nothing wonderful but if it serves its purpose then thats all that matters.
    i love you..

    ~dl coming soon

latest work, my only flash work so far..

af spinning logo is good idea, maybe have that as your main "See if you have flash test" index file.

for your first link. It is extremely simple and user friendly..are you aiming at low speed users? It seems to meet those demands
