Orange beer?? seriously fix it's color

and the font doesn't give that it's chalk writing, I know what you're trying I roamed the internet a while ago for a chalk writing font


and add some prespective to the black board, titl it a bit, add a three legged stand, add some scratches to it, and don't write in white, use a bit of a very light grey, will give the impression of chalk writing even more

and for the menu section

add a couple of Up and down arrows to indicate that there's more than meet the eyes

Looks like I really do need some scroll indications on the History and Menu sections.

I'll blame the colour of the beer on my colourblindness - its the closest I could get - if you have a colour# for a beer please let me have it (the pub serves real ales more than lager).

I'll see what I can do about the blackboard - your right - some scratches on it would look better - the font I used was the best I could find for free on the net... anyone know of better ones?

I'll try to find it for you, might be hard if it's at work, then you'll have to wait till next Sunday

and you can pretty much use the color of the forums here, the original Mark Fennell's yellow with a hint of transperancy and some bubbles

I'm finding the small images to be a little pixelated, especially the Chef's hat. For the chalkboard consider going over it with a large grey brush set at very low alpha to mimic previous erasures (maybe even write on it, partially erase it, and then go ver it with the large brush).

I like your concept, perhaps like "phamber" suggested, indicate scrolling, think of users that don't explore or play games.

Add some color to the site or tones, it looks too plain.
Even a dark site can still look smart.

Make you navigation smoother on edges, looks like the book was cropped with harshly.

At the end, all suggestions but good work so far.
