    MX 2004 Presentation

I have a great PowerPoint template that we use for development of simple training topics. It has a short movie that auto plays on the opening and closing slide and comes complete with a menu and numerous navigation buttons. I would like to recreate this in Flash using the Presentation slide format. Is there any way to import the powerpoint into flash or am I really starting all over from scratch?

Trying to save myself some time....

    Hi,

You can save your powerpoint slides as windows metafiles (wmf) then import them into Flash. Each slide will be put on a separate frame. wmf format is a vector graphic format so you can easily edit things in Flash. However, it's not so good for photos so you'd be better off removing them from your powerpoint and importing them into Flash separately as bitmaps.
