btn - over&out effect

What's up,..

question,.. I wanna make a BTN. If u move ur mouse over it then a effect (tween) will fade in, and when u move your mouse point away of it then a nonther effect will fade out. ..ok, question is this...

How can I set it up, that when u move ur mouse pointer over the BTN area just for a 10th of a sec, and move it away off it fast, that the tween or clip will still be played till full before the fade out effect will play....

Most BTN, stop playing the effect and skip when u move ur point over and away of it in a fast way..

I hope u know what I'm trying to explain.
