I like the layout - but I think the text gets a bit hard to read where it overlaps the image of the ring. I would have thought a bit of colour would be nice since its a website for a wedding.

hey n-gen, so far it looks good but not all wedding sites need alot of color, your images should have enough color to spice this site up, i like the color scheme so far, maybe add a sutle rollover color for the button but i wouldnt add to much color if i were you. im currently designing a wedding site also and i work with wedding photographers. in my opinion, the title, "Eyal & Sara" i would get rid of that stone/diamond effect you have overlaying the type. it doesnt make the site look professional...but thats my opinion, dont get mad i would change the scroll bar to match the navigation system at the bottom; which is nicely rendered out so far. try looking at www.modernbride.com they have alot of sites for photographers, you may want to take a look at to get inspiration, thats wut i did.

p.s. the main image is GREAT dont change it, it defiantly catches the "bride's eye"!! - it also shows that the photographer pays attention to detail, which is good

i agree, the eyal and sara thing is tacky as hell.

    but, i like it.

p.s. this isnt a proffessional job, its a present for their wedding, they wanted to have all the details online so i said i would do it for them.

Ahh, but what a nice template it would make (if it weren't a jpeg).

A site visited by lots of brides to be might be interested in offering something like that themselves, or even be happy to send the business your way. Either way it would be something to bring in more visitors.
