replace MC centerpoint

Hi,

I made a movie clip but the centerpoint is still in the center of my worksheet. I would like to drag the point in my MC to a custom location. Is this possible and how do you do that?

do you mean the registration point for the clip (the point used as the _x and _y coordinates in actionScript).? if thats what you want to change all you have to do is alter the position of the contents of the movieClip to where you want them. if the clip is a pic. and the registration point is in the center. and you want to change it to the top left hand corner just double clic on the clip and drag the pic so that the top left hand corner is at position (0,0) on the movieClips timeline or you culd select al the contents of the movieclip and then use the properties window to type in the exact _x and _y position you want.
