XML, HTML, etc...

Lets say im pulling in some xml and searching it with actionscript...

the results are printed out into a simple textbox with html turned on as the xml file stores some html for me.

this works great for most things, but what if some of the xml records contain IMAGES in the html..

I don't beleive the flash textbox can handle images. I am not sure about flash mx 2004 but I know the earlier versions can't. You can parse the html file looking for images to post elsewhere.
