using pixel fonts in Wild FX ?
Is there any way of using pixel fonts properly in Wild FX? It seems that it dosent matter what font I use, they always look blurry!
I have FFF fonts I use them not at 8 pixel setting but at 24, it should be ok if i use multiples of 8 but it still looks that same as all the other types of fonts,

Hi.
Wild FX is designed to work with True-Type and Postscript fonts.
I'm not sure about the fonts you are working with.
You can contact technical support at www.wildform.com/support and see if they can take a look at what you're doing specifically.

I can only 'reason' for the effects I developed, but I checked and several of the effects were not created on "whole" pixel, they have comma values at positions in motion-tweened and script-resulted keyframes. At the time of creation pixelfont use was not taken in account and only recently people brought this issue to my attention with the text effects.
This at least can explain why blurring is happening..

(ps, using the component versions of PJ/Supreme4 effects in many effects this can be adjusted thought, I have done testing with it)

From http://www.kirupa.com/developer/mx/pixelfonts.htm
about using pixel fonts in Flash:
"If you fail to place your text's X and Y position on a whole number, the pixel font will look blurred.
When you place text using a pixel font inside a movie clip, you may notice that your X and Y positions suddenly shift from a whole number to a decimal number. As long as the font looks crisp, you don't have to change the position of the text to a whole number.
Try to avoid animating pixel fonts. When your fonts change size or move, they have the tendency to get blurry because they are not located on a whole pixel value or their size is not in an exact multiple of 8.
Avoid scaling pixel fonts using Flash's Scale feature."
