Hit:
Great concept
Nice background image
Cool sound effects on transitions
Great font and transitions.
Smooth animations.

Miss:
A jukebox with some ambience would be perfect.
Come on, make some type of hover effect on those buttons.
You probably should've waited til your portfolio section was finished before launching the site.
Transitions sound is a 'bit' too loud.
Basketball picture doesn't match theme and is too much stretched.
Document needs to be raised, it's a bit too low on the screen.

-get rid of the basketball image on ur home page
-ur home page button is not on exact points..so its a little blurry
-you might want to add a glow to ur logo and text in the left-hand blue box to make it more glamorous
-i enjoy ur sound effects
-also, theres a blank white box at the bottom right hand corner that takes up a lot of space with nothing in it (except for some logos at the homepage...fill it with something..maybe a small movieclip or graphic
-i like your contact section except for the blurry text
