Need Help with let my logo look good in flash, Please!!!

Hi,

(Sorry for my bad spelling like you can tell my English is not that good)
I am trying to let my logo look in good on my Flash site:

Like you can see the logo look crap on the site for now...

But all I got is a crappy JPG of the logo and really hate the pen tool Trying to use it for 6 weeks now and still come-up with noting.

Already try Trace Bitmap with lots of settings but it keep giving my logo a loony look and I want the logo to look the same way.

And I want to be able to export it to a 3D program
so I want to vector it.

I really need some help to vector it hope someone here is so nice to help me with this I seen great comics drawings in flash so this logo will be a easy job for you guys!

Its a very simple logo anyone can help me Pls!

When you help me I will be in your debt!

(the circle behind the logo on the site or the Shadow is not part of the logo... Just the weird "M" with the 3 colors and the text carmona)

Did you try using a .png with transparency rather than a .jpg?
