    compression

    what is a good video compression program, that can be compared to sorenson squeeze, only for a mac instead of a pc? (obviously, otherwise I wouldn't be posting in the mac forum)

    Edit: I have a 255mb avi file which needs to be imported into Macromedia Flash MX. I need to get the video converted to an mov of flv file. (and get the size waaaaayyyyyy down)
