Just bought my upgrade today. Question - When I use this version, and load the video, rather than the preloader working, I get a white blank screen for a few seconds then it plays (Using the Pop up Feature only). Any ideas?

Hi.
You have to add the correct html code for the pop-up - otherwise it preloads 100%.
We'll be posting a new version today that has the pop-up html code output option built in.

Thanks...how do we update? I only see downloads for the Demo software...

You use the email you received when you purchased which contained download instructions.

Cool. Will it have a "Click Here" for the pop-up, or do it auomaticall when the page loads?
