If you go to http://www.breakout4u.com, they'll be a preloader that introduces the site. What I am trying to figure out is after visiting the site for the second time, you no longer see the preloader. Give me an idea of how this is accomplished.

Once you go to a site it is stored in your cache memory for faster loading.. so once your computer has loaded the swf it does not do it again till you delete your cached memory on your menubar. That is on your browser at Tools > Prefrences (fir I.E.).
