text to new window

I want to have 4 NAV buttons

Then on the side a Window, that will display diffrent things with each button

So they click products, it will show in that window
they click contact, it will go in that same window

Thats the first thing, how do i do that?

second, i was wondering if i could make the content of that WINDOW, read from an HTML file, or a text file, for easy updates....
