Didn't see the relevance of the grungey torn paper and masking tape thing - looked like they had an idea before they had the client and applied it anyway. Apart from that nice looking but difficult to navigate.
If it ain't broke - break it!

I am a huge fan of the Burton products. So i visited their forum quit often. So I know that the site is designed by Burton's own design department. It has the same feeling as last years.
navigation is pretty easy in my opinion. But then again, I know what kind of products they have so I know where to look....
It's a nice site, not the best I have seen but it suits it's purpose very well. Just hoped they would design another feeling then last years.

Burton has one of the best design teams I've seen. Their designs are always fresh and interesting. Great for the industry.

How do you think trends progress? New ideas and concepts are used in sites, posters, and ads.

I really liked the style, it fits perfectly.
It would have been nice to see the content put in the same flash movie, I'm not the biggest fan of flash menus which reload static html pages.
But the design was quite nice

My thoughts exactly! The smooth navigation bar really does clash with the torn masking tape.
