First of all I really like the site. I think the anamations are smooth and well done, and the pics are top-notch (nice girls ). The design is clean and professional.
I do have some suggestions. First of all, it would be nice to know which little box you're on in the gallery. You could keep a variable that kept track of the picture so you could keep that box highlighted.
Second, your transitions aren't seemless. You have great intro's, but no outro's. I think you might want to coordinate the transitions between the pages better. The little droplets of color jump around, but what was real obvious was the peeling of the orange stripe. If you click on "contact" then "info" then "gallery" it jumps around from peeled to not peeled and back again. Try to match up the final frame of one page to the first frame of the next. That will make the transitions seem seemless.
But overall I think the site looks great. Just some little things to clean up. Nice work.
gallery buttons - "Keep them highlighted"
I would love to do this, but, I do not have a high enough skill level for this yet. In short I don't know how!
Animations - I see what you mean I never even noticed it... my eyes grew bored and assumed. I will fix that tonight.
