    Interview question, 'What do you see as your weekness?'

    Is there a good solid answer to this question that dosn't revolve around being a perfectionist?

    Am I the only person who seems to be asked this?

    I just usually say that documentation is my weakness. I won't be lying, but that's what I say.

    i've heard that from candidates a million times.

    gerbick - that is a GOOD one!
    try to find something that is not the 'perfectionist' angle, but that also isn't a core attribute.
    documentation, commenting, etc is a good one.

    Ah, these boys is all swelled up. So this was earlier...getting set to trade. Then, woooaaah differences.

    Open jobs all over out this way .... I know some friends from school who just made some cash from a merger/buyout, and are now ditching that company for another, and they're both sitting on 2-3 offers...

    come on guys, I said an answer that didn't revolve around being a perfectionist, I'm not happy with the documentation angle either, my weakness really is not being able to answer this question in an interview...
