I’m not trying to be mean when I say this but you’re a graduate of Art Institute?!?!?

Ill list them off for you:

#1 You’re using stock art as a large element in your site.
#2 If you just lost that background with the stripes it would be much more appealing.
#3 The background image behind the content besides being stock art is horribly over saturated, has very little contrast, from the looks of it there is quite a large amount of compression artifacting and please don’t tell me that’s a Photoshop lens flare.
#4 Why are you using png compression?
#5 Over all you have done very little to this, you added a border that looks nice but I have to question whether you made it or was it a plug in function.

You can get all offended if you want but its true, if you think that what you have there show this extensive knowledge you seem to possess you need to go back to school and get your Doctorate Of Arts In Multimedia And Web Design...
When you go in for a job interview, I think a good thing to ask is if they ever press charges.

Hell yeah I'm angry, you actually went to school I wish I was that lucky but nooo... I dont have a site, you know why because I like you lack the vision for a propper site so I put it off until I do. Ive been at this for a little over a year and Ive grown alot as a designer Ive studyed hard and put forth the effort needed to get better I would love to go to school and get a formal education but unfortunatly that is impossible at this moment in time. Again take what ever I say how you want I just think you wasted alot of time in school doing whatever instead of really listening to what the teachers had to say. If you must see something I've done to take my comments seriously you can find links to everything i've ever done at these two links

I like the photo. Is it really a stock photo? Even if it is, it's not uncommon for designers and design studios to use them. We can't all be good photographers.
Instead of breaking the first line after "in-" it might be better to take the whole word into the next line.
I don't like Impact, the font gives it a bit of a cheap look and is overused anyway. It does look okay for the logo, but you should try other fonts for the links.
Why do the background lines move from top left to bottom right? You might have realized that on most sites it's the reverse, and there is a good reason for this. Since we read from left to right, lines that go from bottom left to bottom right are "going up" which conjures more positive feelings and associations than lines going down. Besides, they really are a little too busy and distract a bit from the main part of the site.
I believe that there is some antialiasing on the pixel font. That shouldn't be.

What will there be at the shop?

Dear god you even used latin as filler very nice I run away in shame. Looks very nice the clouds have wonderful contrast and the colors are warm and soothing. An amazing improvement but I have to wonder if you are going to actually make a background image that will tile then overlay your layout instead of leaving it the way it is. The layout is very wide and that will spell trouble for alot of people. Not only that but it wont be centered all the time if it remains the way it is.
