    Cut off ends

I'm using Flix to create flv files and also outputting a Windows player. The files included audio and video. I'm using mov files as the source. I'm having a problem of getting the ends of the files cut off. It's only the last second or less, but I need to figure out why it is happening. My framerate is 15 fps and the average quality is set to 75. The only video filter I'm using is Deinterlace. Any thoughts?

    Hi.
First thing to try is to download a new installer uninstall and reinstall.

    Jonathon,

I downloaded the program and re-installed it after removing the old one. It still cuts off the last second or so. It may only be cutting off the audio, it's hard to tell.

    Hi.
    Contact tech support at www.wildform.com/support
    Explain the problem.
If possible zip up and post the source file for them to download and check out (please don't email video files).
It may be the specific settings you are using or it could be something else.
