Usability bible-forget the rest!!!
Book Title:Usability for the Web: Designing Web Sites that Work
Authors: Tom Brinck, Darren Gergle, Scott D. Wood
I come from an Industrial Design background, so usability is nothing new to me. I own a number of books on the subject, but this one is by far the best!! Doesn't just dictate what you should do, it also tells you why you do it (unlike say, Nielson).
It also shows you how to plan and execute your projects. Absoloutely excellent!!!
Glad we have a usability section these days!!!
