background scrolling!!! please help

Please help me i need help making my background scrolling.
ive managed to get the background scrolling when u reach 2/4 of the screen but the problem is the hero wont stop ive tryed everything and read every tutorial here on fk but still it wont work.
here is the fla. file.

Have you tried something along the lines of

if (scrolling){
_x+=0
}

or

if (scrolling){
speed =0
}

???

Can u do it on the fla. file cause i tried and theres not a single difference.
