Flash site works in IE but not Firefox

Hello.

The domain is Mattbrandon.com. The flash site works on Internet explorer, but not in Mozilla. I am totally confused. Can anyone suggest anything?

Works just fine in my firefox. Looks just like it does in my IE.

The movie is supposed to load up. The difference between IE and firefox is when you click the two buttons I have linked so far. If you click home or pictures in IE, it does a transition and then goes to the loaded page. In firefox, for me atleast, it doesnt do anything when you click those buttons.

Yeah, it does that in both.
