Those crazy people at Google
I was reading an article about the speculations on gBrowser.
This was a quote (i put in the bold):
But perhaps the most persuasive evidence comes from the fact that in April Google registered the gbrowser.com domain.
Google have done april fools before, maybe they've just registered this domain but decided not to use it, or are saving it for next year.
Anyway, i also heard there's a possibility of gBrowser being Googles own iTunes.

i can't see why they can't release a browser of their own. since their jump to the markets they're developing a bunch of web tools....and i believe releasing a browser is part of their market strategies, aswell as gmail and froogle.
i don't think they're fooling us.

Quite true, i mean Firefox is opensource isn't it? Makes it easy for Spyware people to just sift through for bugs...
When that happens i will be making my own browser!

there's no need. when that happens, there will be so many extensions to stop that kind of sh*t, you won't know which to choose.

Firefox will always stay the alternative - it will only become the mainstream browser when microsoft supplies it standard with a copy of windows.
