Webpage resoloution HELP

I am trying to mamke a webpage with 1024 x 768. there is one problem I have a scroll bar at the bottom of the screen becasue it won't fit right. Can anyone help me to resize the page? I created it in photoshop and am using dreamweaver to add effects. my site is hiphophits.net

You dont seem to have uploaded the images. The html page links to your own harddrive.

As this seem to be a non Flash page, why post in the Flash section?

You have to change the paths to the images, they now point at...

Have you uploaded the images?
