I'd appreciate your thoughts on this site -->
It's still only in its' infancy, and requires some smoothing out in some areas. Also, at this stage, only the 'Products' nav button is functional.
The transition from the pre-loader to the main page especially needs some attention, but I would appreciate your thoughts on the design/layout/nav/etc..........
P.S., some prick stole my Canon Powershot G5 out of my car yesterday..... I'm bummed. Really bummed.

good start
Try cutting back on the gradient borders a little or make them a much lighter change in gradient.
Make the middle buttons smaller use a pixelfont
and the tittle at top is also too big. try get a nice smooth
text up there not just hard standard font.
spinnig globe. The most overused icon in Design, try something diferent.. perhaps and old map to add atouch of class. the site looks a too hitechy. try add in somehting. like a crisp image of a waterglass perhaps.. or a green leaf with a water drop on it.. etc etc. instead of the spinning globe.
plase test out my doo too.. thanx! and hey its only one opinion in billions !

I agree on making the nav smaller...but i'd also try a different effect on it, maybe just a simple color change onRollover. I think that the underline is fine, but it throws the balance off for the rest of the buttons when there is no line underneath them. Also, I'd try cutting down on the borders on everything, I think they add more clutter than they're worth. Just a simple outline of the main sections would work better I think. But I like what you've got going so far, the pixel font works well, as do the colors. Keep it up. Oh one more thing, disable the button after you've clicked on it. Just a little pet peeve of mine, when you can click on the button of the current section, but nothing happens when you click it b/c it's already up.

very nice site!
I really love the water animation at the top!
Clean work (except: the headline block is not really exactelly in the middle and one green line is to long at the right side, but this is only to realize if you zoom the site).
I agree with the others that the boarders left and right are unnecessary ... the globe has been used really often in past - but I still like it
Overall a very nice and clean site - go on with that!

Thanks for the replies everyone. I'll be updating the site over the week-end.
Also, I have another question:
Could some-one with XP Service Pack 2 installed please have a look at the "products" scrolling window. Scroll down to the picture and click on either the solenoid valve or rectangular plate?
Please let me know if the pop-up image window works.
Thanks.....

Aden, thanks for the positive repsonse...........
Are you the c**t that stole my G5?...... lol.

ok, most things i was going to say have already been said;
*one thing i did note, not sure if anyone else did, is that it took ages to load. like nearlly a minute, and i'm on 1mbs.
*less borders
*softer gradients
*perhaps, find a nicer font for the header and have it as a mask with water flowing underneath it???? i dunno.
*speedier transitions.
i second the xpsp2 problem, and it's also fine with norton internet security 2005. (just in case you was wondering.)
apart from this, it's looking really good. might be a nice idea to bleed the design into the html page. you know, gradients where the flash ends / begins.
brilliant!

Thanks agoni.....
yeah, I know what you mean about the header. I'm too close to the company I think. I may have a logo design done by a contractor of mine as I'm stumped!
Thanks for the Norton confirmation......
Yep, leave the gradients from the Flash page and put them into the html..... which is the way i do most of my sites.
Ya' try something different and you blokes shoot me down! lol....
Thanks again.

I like it, very clean and you have a great selection of color. I love the water video clip, nice touch. If you dont mind me asking, where did you get that? Is there a library on line that I can buy these from?
