Flash Chat board with moveable figures

I saw a Flash chat board at chibifriends.com (site is currently down) that when you signed on, you were assigned a small character (a little girl in this case) and this little character could be directed to walked around the board to talk to this or that little character which represented others who had logged on to chat. When you typed in a chat, it would appear above the head of the little character. I am trying to find a programmer who has the ability to create such a animated flash chat script. If you can do it or know who can or where I should inquire further please let me know.

Maybe if you go into one of the scripting or coding forums on Flashkit you would get better help, rather than in the Art and Anime board.

u need special engines to allow multiple people to log onto one flash file... check out Electrotank Server

apart from that the programming wouldn't be very hard...

may want to check the coding board... ur in completely the wrong place...
