The .swf is only 1.3 mb in size, so it shouldn't be taking that long... I am on a DSL connection and it takes around 12 seconds for mine to load.

It doesn't take very long your end because it's cached. I've got 768kbps connection and it took about 1 minute.

    Also, you need a pre-pre-loader.

"Untitled Document" ain't a great title.

Nice idea with the logo, but...

Read these, you've broken number 1 and number 3. I make it 70x28 pixels.

    Hope that helps.

I didn't consider 56k when creating the site and I don't plan to. 1.3 meg should download in thirteen seconds or less even on a DSL connection or something is wrong with your ISP. Anyway, besides the load time any comments on the content of the site?

Having the same problem about download time...more then a minute with dsl. Maybe u should think spliting up the movie with smaller preloader in front of each section.
Artist section, after looking at one artist details u have to click back on artist to get back to the main list. With all the space around, couldn't u fit a smaller size pic of them so not to have to go back to the main. Also check ur text for a few mistakes.(ex:masater instead of master)
Music button, didn't understand if the smallest is actually to turn of the music or is it a song called "the end"
The rest is under construction, so will have to check later

For the most part, there isn't much to work with. However consider this. With the moving bars, make them various widths for a better site. I've done it before and its looks more concise.

preloader animation may cause seizures...people with epilepsy beware. just playing, but it is a little crazy. the bars are ok, but when they're just floating in the middle and not contained within anything, they seem a little out of place. IMO, just the loading text would be better. Also, the nav buttons are pretty boring. You'd think it was an imagemapped HTML site when you roll over the buttons and nothing happens. Even if it's just a simple color change, I'd do something to make the currently selected button stand out. overall, a good start, you have some good graphics work.
    it's all in the details
