Looks good to me.
It's missing a button to go back to the home page.
Will it be there some text instead of just a title (ex:how they are constructed)?
Also, I know the site is for concrete barrier but I don't really like the ciment barrier on the header's pic. Stands out too much from my point of view.

I really like it. The concrete on your right is really in your face - but I think that is good. That is what the site is about (it certainly isn't offensive)

With the nav bar bar, I'd either go to pixel fonts or drop the flash altoghether in favour of javascript rollovers as the text is not clear enough.

you know, it looks, and functions quite like an html site, which i think is a good thing for a business site like that. a professional look is always important. i agree with mikeli about the fonts not being totally clear on the menu, pixel fonts never fail, and a _sans device font would work nicely and appear clear for you too. overall, a very nice site!
