Flix Pro 4 file size limit

I'm trying to create an FLV using Flix Pro 4. I'm using a 14 minute AVI (3GB). When encoding is finished, my FLV file is only 4 min, 42 sec. If I downsample the audio, I get my avi file to 2.92GB. The encode FLV file from this new AVI is 9 min, 42 sec. Is there a size limit to the files that Flix can encode?

    (Update)
If I convert my AVI to a MOV using Quicktime Pro, the MOV file is also about 3GB. Flix Pro 4 will will encode the entire MOV file (14 min). Maybe the limitation is just with AVI files.

    (Update 2)
I can also import my AVI into Quicktime Pro and then export using the Flix Exporter. The entire 14 min is encoded this way as well.

Does anyone else have this experience?

    Thanks

    Hi.
    That shouldn't be happening.
Make sure you have the latest Flix Pro 4.

Upgrading to 4.043 fixed this problem.
