    Streaming Sound Help

    How do I attach a sound for streaming in both Windows Media Player and Quicktime.
    I also want users to be able to download the file if they so choose.
    How do I do that too.

    Not sure about quicktime, but windows media audio or video should be a link to the appropriate file ext (.wmv or .wma)
