    Travel Agency Site ...

    Hi everybody.

I have to create a site for a travel agency that just works OFFLINE but wants to have a website ONLINE... strange, i know

This is what I did until now:

I guess you won't understand the content - it is in German.

But please check out the site concerning bugs, colours, performance and design - and everything else!

And please tell me what you like or don't like at the site

    Thanks in advance

Seems very plain and the typography could use some serious work but good job on the atmosphere the video with the sound really would bring it home if it looks a little better
When you go in for a job interview, I think a good thing to ask is if they ever press charges.

what doesn't make sense to me is the 2 boxes on the left side are separated, whereas the 2 on the right are touching, with one overlapping the other via a drop shadow. i like the shadow, maybe add that to the left side to add a little repetition and consistency to the site. overall i like i though. i'd also lighten up the text (maybe to white, or close to it), to make it easier to read than the gray which doesn't stand out enough.

It runs slower than a 3 leg-ed turtle on my machine...and a bit choppy.

I like it, but it's a little plain.

I optimized the video - it should look good now (but takes much more filesize: increasing from 460 to 711 kb; but I think it is worth it) - gotta optimze that later...

The top left box is now just the adress and logo box.
The lower left box is the video - I think it should be seperated

I also worked on the shadows, should be fine now.

Also the text is near "white" now ...

It runs with 30 frames/sec. Should be fine normally ...

Anyone else probs with the performace?

So, are there any other things to change? Please don't hesitate to tell me

    text is easier to read
boxes are looking nice, i like the way you separated the content. i'd like to see what it would look like with the boxes on the right separated the same way, since they have the same balance (picture in one box, text in the other)

I kinda like this. Keep in mind it's a travel site, and for such, it does a good job.

Nice to know that AdvanceFlash is selling their "h20" modules
