    I want some socks!

    Anybody in the US willing to buy these for me and then ship them to the UK?

    iPod accessories are becoming the new pet accessories. Soon you will be able to take your iPod to a digital music player therapist when it isn't feeling too good, as well as buying it a fancy ribbon that makes it look oh so cute.

    $30.00? And who said Apple never ripped off their customers?

    If keeping your iPod clean and colorful is occupying this much of your time (and if it is, it's probably not healthy), wouldn't you be better served by picking up some colorful, fun prophylactics down at the corner shop for a few bucks and pop your iPod (if that's what you want to call it) into one of those?

    Problem solved, for a fraction of the price - but remember, spermicidal lubricant is probably not going to be kind to your unit.

    I hear Microsoft is coming out with socks for Christmas this year too, and they will only cost $16.

    Of course they won't be availible until March and they'll be full of holes.

    Not I - I never really fell prey to the overwhelming desire that demanded I extend my musical listening beyond the car or the apartment. Quite happy to occasionally exercise, walk, travel etc in relative silence, enjoy the peace.

    And as for this chafing, you mention - a married man knows not what that might be.
