    what time do ya'll eat dinner

    just wondering...

    my wife grew up in a family that ate dinner at 6PM sharp, every night. this seems very early to me, and i'm never totally hungry. when do you all eat?

    Ah, these boys is all swelled up. So this was earlier...getting set to trade. Then, woooaaah differences.

    About 45 minutes after I get home if I cook. An hour if I order out. (I do live in a city after all.) Usually works out to be around 7. Sometimes a bit earlier, sometimes as late as 8 or 9.

    But it's not like I'm making blue french toast or anything.

    We used to eat at 5.30 when our 3 sons were at home, because they were in a hurry to get out. Now it's usually 6.30 - 7.00. I get hungry if it's any later.

    I used to eat around 7:30-ish, but now that I'm married I'm eating around 6:30 or earlier ... depending on what it is. We typically start preparing diner around 5:45.

    I eat when I'm hungry, so I have breakfast around 8-9 AM, lunch around 11AM-4PM, dinner 5PM-1AM

    Normally between 5 and 6... only light things (salad or fish) if after 6... its bad to eat late!
