hi iam new at making animations and flash mx i need help

hi everybody i need sound on my animation i try but it dosent work i have the sound and it still dosent work help plz

you might want to be a bit more specific. When Saying it doesn't work, tell us how you're going about it and we'd be able to tell WHY it doesn't work. Are you loading an external sound or have you imported it allready?

First make sure you're importing the sound. Click File>Import to library and select the WAV file you wish to add to your FLA. ONce you have done so, select the WAV from the library and drag onto the stage, you'll see it appear on a new layer.

What type of sound file do you have? If it is anything other than a WAV I would suggest finding a method to convert ot a WAV.
